CANCELLATION POLICY IMPLEMENTED IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

• Enter 40 days before arrival data the whole amount of the deposit will be given back;
• From 39 days to 20 days before arrival date the customer is required to pay 30% of the total;                                 
• From 19 days to 10 days prior to arrival date the customer is required to pay 50% of the total;                              
• From 9 days to 4 days before arrival date the customer is required to pay 80% of the total;                                      
• From 3 days to start living the customer is required to pay 100% of the total;    
• No refund to the customer who decides to terminate a stay already started.

TOURIST TAX  (1 JANUARY 2021 – 30 NOVEMBER 2021)

The tourist tax provides for the payment of € 1.00 per person per day for tourists from 14 years of age.
We accept payment only in cash or credit cards.

CAMPING
Check – in : from 10.00 ( Possibility of entry in other time using the code number of the gate)
Check out : before 10.00

Guests of the apartments at the Check In will be asked to leave a copy of the credit card as guarantee for possible damages
